  • What type of paper do you use for your Art prints?
    • Our posters are printed on museum-quality 200 gsm enhanced matte art paper, providing a substantial feel and excellent durability. The matte finish ensures a smooth, non-reflective surface that enhances color richness and detail.
    • These prints are produced using the giclée printing technique, known for its superior quality, vibrant colors, and long-lasting results
  • What sizes are available for the posters?
    • Our posters come in a variety of sizes, with options listed on each product page. Additionally, selected art prints are now available in jaw-dropping X-large sizes, allowing you to make a statement that resonates on a grand scale!
  • Can I order sizes that do not exist on the website?
  •       Unfortunately not. We only print motifs in sizes available on the website
    • What payment methods do you accept?
      • We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

  • What is the delivery time for orders?
      • We dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days.
      • UK: 3-5 Business Days
      • Europe: 3-5 Business Days
      • Outside of the UK and Europe: 3-5 Business Days

  • How are the posters shipped?
    • The prints are shipped encased in a cylinder tube to ensure their protection during transit. This packaging method is suitable for worldwide shipping.
  • How do I track my order?
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's status on our website or through the carrier's site.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • Yes, we offer free worldwide  standart shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details.

Returns and Refunds:

  • What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
    • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the print is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • What is your return policy?
    • We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the print. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, the print must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you wish to exchange a print, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund?
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
