- What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If the print is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the print. Please note the following:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you are not satisfied with your order and choose to return it, a deduction of £7 will be applied to the refund amount to cover shipping costs, as these are the customer’s responsibility. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, the print must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

If you wish to exchange a print, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item.
- How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
TAXES DUTIES No matter where you place your order from, we cover all local taxes and duties on your behalf. You will not be required to pay any additional charges beyond the product price at checkout. Plus, shipping is free for all orders. Enjoy your shopping with no hidden costs!
