What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We’re genuinely sorry if your order arrives damaged. As a small independent studio, every print is individually prepared, carefully inspected and securely packed by us before it leaves. While we take every possible care, parcels can occasionally be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following four photographs:

• The damaged print or frame
• The front of the packaging
• The back of the packaging
• A clear photograph of the shipping label

These photos allow us to assess the damage and process your request as quickly as possible.

Please keep the item exactly as it arrived, along with all of its original packaging, while we review the damage.

Once the damage has been confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label so the item can be sent back to us at no cost to you. We’ll then carefully prepare and send your replacement as quickly as possible.

These photos allow us to assess the damage and process your request as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

We really hope you’ll love your print. As a small independent studio, each order is printed especially for you, then carefully checked and packed by our team. Framed pieces are also individually prepared to order, so a great deal of time and care goes into every piece we send.

If your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unaltered and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please take care when handling and repacking your order. Items that are damaged after delivery or returned without their original protective packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the relevant return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

Unframed prints

• Up to 50 × 70 cm: £7
• 70 × 100 cm and 100 × 140 cm: £18

Framed prints

• 21 × 30 cm, 30 × 40 cm and 40 × 50 cm: £15
• 50 × 70 cm: £18
• 70 × 100 cm: £30

Return costs for larger framed prints reflect the additional packaging and specialist transport needed to return oversized artwork safely.

To arrange a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll send you the return label and guide you through the next steps.

Personalised and made-to-measure products, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you would like a different print, please return the original order and place a new order separately.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
